The Level 4 Diploma is our most popular qualification we have on offer. At this level, you can practice and apply for paid work as a counsellor. Many of our students, have worked for many years in professions that has brought a certain amount of 'unhappiness. Making the transition to becoming a counsellor, is much easier and affordable than you may think!!Many students are professionals working within areas for example such as teaching, nursing, social work, community work etc, so training to become a counsellor, compliments such professions beautifully.

The Certificate in Independent Advocacy allows Independent Advocates to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment in their Independent Advocacy role. The course includes knowledge and skills based assessments and involves learners demonstrating competency in work related tasks. Assessment is through a portfolio of evidence which includes assignments, work products and observations
The course introduces a basic mediation process for use in a two party dispute or in constructive relationship building.
Mediation Theory & Practice is accredited by the Open College Network Northern Ireland. This course is accredited as a Level 3 course earning 9 credit points. This equates to an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma.
This new qualification covers all the skills, knowledge, processes and practice of providing multi-channel advice. It is taught through face-to-face, on-line, placement, and distance learning,allowing opportunities for application, including completion of forms for social security and tax credits.
