Our 2 hour 'Supporting Autistic Females' training will support you to understand why females may experience difficulties in accessing a timely and accurate diagnosis, and how to support autistic females in your role.

This course is designed for anyone who wants to understand more about autism and neurodiversity within the workplace. Explore how you can provide support and adjustments to build an inclusive workplace, and benefit from the benefits of a diverse staff team and accessible workplace.

Understand the main features associated with autism and explore various strategies to support autistic people. The course will explore the key characteristics including communication, social interaction, repetitive behaviours and sensory differences. The course is delivered on Zoom, and includes group discussion, interactive activities and question/answer sessions, so you can get the support you need and maximise your learning.

Planning is underway for our Annual Conference on 18 September - panel discussions, challenging debate, networking and a guest speaker. Venue to be confirmed.
