This course will give you an overview of the recent developments in changes to the Housing Selection Scheme and how they will impact people being assessed for social housing in Northern Ireland.
Over the past two years the Northern Ireland Housing Executive has started to implement several changes to the Housing Selection Scheme, under the Fundamental Review of Allocations, completed by the Department for Communities in 2017
We developed this course to inform on the ongoing changes, including the recent removal of Intimidation points, and explain how this will impact on how you can support your client with the assessment process.
