This zoom workshop provides you an understanding of  imposter syndrome, measures your personal level of imposter syndrome, how and why this impacts on us in the workplace and what you can do to overcome it. Participants will explore and discuss practices to help develop positive professional and personal confidence.

One World Festival 2023 focuses on how climate change impacts on people around the world, but particularly to increase awareness about the issues being seen across the Global South, promoting understanding of issues that affect the lives of the poorest people and inspiring action in our communities towards a just, peaceful and sustainable world. This year’s festival will run from 16th – 20th October 2023 across Northern Ireland with both in person and online events that will appeal to all ages.
