The GSK IMPACT Awards provide core funding, training and national recognition for charities doing excellent work to improve people's health and wellbeing. Up to 20 awards will be made ranging from £3,000 to £40,000.

Aim of Training:
To build on learning from awareness sessions and develop skills that promote a trauma sensitive response
Objectives: You will be able to-
• State key objectives of ACE and trauma-sensitive training.
• Enhance your skills and confidence to use a trauma sensitive LENS in order to support and develop resilience for those you work with.
• Identify the impact of secondary and vicarious trauma.
• Identify ways in which you can support the health and wellbeing of all staff, including volunteers.

We are a not-for-profit housing association, led by volunteers and work to social enterprise principles. We employ over 600 staff throughout the organisation and through our group structure we also provide affordable housing both for rent and for sale.
This workshop is being delivered as part of the Ards and North Down Social Entrepreneurship Programme (ANDSEP). Any aspiring/ existing social enterprise is very welcome to attend.

Ballymena South, one of four Community Clusters in Ballymena, was formed in January 2011 and consists of nine core member groups from the Ballykeel, Ballee and Harryville areas.
BCM has four supported housing projects throughout Northern Ireland for young people who have been through the care system or homelessness.
This coming March, BCM is hosting an event in partnership with the Housing Executive for relevant stakeholders, organisations, charities and associations to come together to help beat homelessness across NI.
