Managing Work at Height

This four-day accredited course provides an introduction to the skills and knowledge required to offer effective training programmes to others. At the end of the course participants will be able to develop and prepare resources for training, plan, prepare and facilitate group learning and development and reflect on own practice in learning and development.

This course is designed to provide advisers with the skills required to research and reference up to date information relating to social security benefits and welfare reform.

Universal Credit has fundamentally changed the legacy means-tested benefits system as we know it. This intensive in depth one-day course will identify which benefits Universal Credit replaces and which remain outside Universal Credit.
