NI Advice Standard Training - Case Recording and Quality of Advice Audits

Cost:
£40 for Advice NI members, £50 for Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and £60 for Private and Statutory Sector organisations.
This course is to prepare managers and advisers for the Northern Ireland Advice Quality Standard.
It will provide a practical guide to improve the quality of case recording and how to evidence continuous personal development.
This training is open to Advice NI Members only and is appropriate to all managers, supervisors, senior advisers, advisers, trainees and volunteers.
It will also cover the Advice NI recommended quality assurance activities, recognised by Department of Communities, including Case File Reviews and Quality of Advice Audits with practical case studies.
