This course will provide advisers with an overview of the sanctions regime relating to ESA, JSA and Universal Credit, and also a best practice guide for revising/appealing decisions.
The 90-minute session is intended to equip local advisors across Northern Ireland with information about sanctions, with the aim to support claimants who risk being or have been sanctioned.
The course is aimed at advisers and others working with groups who will be impacted by Welfare Reform

While the electricity powering lighting and appliances is decarbonising fast, the majority of homes still rely on burning fossil fuels for heating, hot water and cooking. This course will provide an introduction to the role domestic scale renewable technologies can play in reducing carbon emissions.
