Do you have a passion for working with disadvantaged or marginalised communities, to help improve life-chances and tackle inequality and discrimination? Did you know you can study one day per week to gain a professionally accredited degree in Community Development? Come along to our Drop-In Information Session to meet the course team and find out more about the course, including what topics you will study, costs and sources of funding.

The aim of this conference is provide National Governing Bodies, their clubs and other sports organisations with some advice and support on how to build the capacity of your organisation through developing a strong leadership unit and ensuring your club or organisation has a welcoming and friendly environment. There will be an opportunity to consider the importance of emotional wellbeing of sports athlete’s and administrators and also how your organisation can evidence the impact you make in the local community. We are delighted to have a range of speakers from Gareth Murphy, CEO of We Are Vertigo, Oisin McConville, Sporting Chance facilitator and Sport NI Mental Health Ambassador, Mark Prendergast from Prendergast Leadership and Judith Rankin from Sported. Join RNIB for our Big Jump in 2019! You’ll be part of a massive team of RNIB skydivers taking to the skies over the same weekend and making the leap to support people with sight loss.
