This training session will focus on the process that clients will face if they are unable to resolve financial issues with their landlord or lender. It will discuss the processes at Court level and the powers of the Court & Enforcements of Judgements Office under NI legislation.

This course focuses in particular on social landlords and tenants and will examine legal responsibilities of both social landlords and tenants, legislative procedural requirements which must be followed when dealing with cases of antisocial behaviour and the most recent case law in relation to antisocial behaviour.
