A look at the proposed changes to the private rented sector and how this will affect both tenants and landlords in the this sector.

Following on from previous consultations back in 2017 to review proposals for change in the private rented sector, new legislation is due to be introduced to the Assembly ahead of the summer recess. The Minister for Communities is due to introduce the new Private Tenancies Bill bringing changes for the private rented sector.

This training session will look at the proposed changes and understand how this will affect both tenants and landlords in the private rented sector.  The session will look at both tenants & landlords rights and obligations, and review how the legislation will amend these for both parties.
