BREATHE YOGA provides access to the practice of inclusive, adaptive, affordable transformative yoga and wellness classes in diverse locations, creating access to yoga for many that would otherwise not be unable to attend a class. We are a local charity and we lend mobility scooters and wheelchairs to anyone with limited mobility across Cookstown & Dungannon and surrounding areas. It is free to join and free to use daily with equipment available long term.

Community Transport in Co. Armagh & Co. Down

North Down Community Assistance are an organisation providing advocacy and an advice service to groups in the Ards district. We offer community development support and training. We work in particular with ex-prisoners.

Our core aim is to provide purposeful activities to individuals in the Causeway Coast and Glens who want to increase their confidence, motivation and self-belief while learning new skills. We focus on supporting people who have special or additional needs, mental health issues, are long-term unemployed or are undertaking community service. We support our clients by teaching them new skills, providing counselling and empowering them with the ability to make a difference in their lives.
