Glenbank Community Association is a community organisation operating in the Glenbank area of North Belfast.

We are a local church in suburban east Belfast, located in an established residential area of both private and social housing. We seek to serve the needs,both social and economi not just of our own congregation but of our community.

Glengormley Community Group has been at the forefront of cross community relations in the Glengormley area for over four years now. We welcome volunteers to join with us in promoting good community relations.

We are a telephone befriending service aimed at promoting people to live independently in their own communities and homes.

Growing Community through Community Gardens

Supported by the Big Lottery Fund and led by Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew; Grow Wild inspires communities, friends, neighbours and individuals across the UK to come together to transform local spaces, by sowing, growing and enjoying native wild flowers.

Harmony Community Trust is a cross community organisation founded in 1975 to promote community relations and social inclusion. It's base is Glebe House, Kilclief, which is approx. 3 miles from Strangford. Harmony Community Trust delivers community relations programmes and activities from it's Glebe House base.

Healing the Land are simply comprised of a group of individuals striving to see people live their lives to the full. Our desire is to also see the local community and people throughout Northern Ireland living united together by breaking down political, social and economic barriers, whether that be through acts of kindness or local community events that all people from throughout the community can attend and can interact with one another.

We organise Health and Wellbeing Days, Facilitation of Gentle Yoga, Cook It! programme, The Weight to Health Programme, Challenges and Choices, a Guide for Women in the 21st Century, Personal Development and Stress Management.

Hillcrest Trust is a community based organisation which works to support the physical and social regeneration of the Top of the Hill and Greater Waterside area of Derry City, through adoption of a community development approach.

History Hub Ulster is a research group based in Belfast but working on projects across Ulster.

Lagan Valley Rural Transport (LVRT) has been providing exceptional services for almost 20 years now and as such has built up a great reputation in the local area for providing a fantastic transport service at all times. Lagan Valley Rural Transport is a non-profit making organisation and a registered charity which aims to Connect People and Connect Communities across the Lagan Valley Region through providing affordable and accessible transport to individuals and groups.

Lagan Village Youth & Community Group is based in Ballarat Street, just off the Lower Ravenhill Road. The centre offers a number of services providing many opportunities for the local people in the area.

LCCC is a non-profit facility that operates various support projects for the community including Good Morning Larne telephone befriending service for seniors, Larne Crisis Accommodation for homeless families, Community Connections offering advice and support, and children's projects:- Kids Korner Daycare Nursery, Kids Korner Pre Pre-School, Skools Out Afterschool Club, Breakfast Club and Youth Club.

Lislea Community Association is run by a group of volunteers dedicated to improving our community members physical and mental well-being and providing classes and courses to reduce isolation in our rural location,for all ages and abilities.

Listening Books is a national UK charity that provides an online and postal audiobook lending service, for anyone who finds that an illness, disability, learning difficulty, or mental health condition, impacts on their ability to read, or hold books in the usual way.

Live Music Now is a charity working and campaigning to create inclusive, measurable social impact through the power of music. Our professional musicians work with older people (many living with dementia), children and young people facing disabling barriers, families living through challenges; and carers and key workers. By connecting people through music and evaluating its impact, we advance musical practice and change how we understand and support underrepresented and vulnerable people in our society.

LLT Community Association wants to see a community in which people are proud to live; where individuals are empowered to make a positive difference in their own lives and the lives of others; and where all groups within the community are afforded respect.

LCP develops and delivers locally based services for older people in the Maghery area between Dungannon and Craigavon.
