This is a specialist level training course and is primarily aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of a skilled money adviser. It will outline where an intervention to negotiate, advocate and formally represent by the lay advocate can be actioned at enforcement stages. This course is for skilled advisers wishing to learn more on the jurisdiction of courts in debt cases. Participants should already work at Skilled Level before attending this course.
