The "Me, Myself, I & Us" project is a five-year project funded by Blue the Big Lottery Fund. It aims to make a real difference to the lives of family carers involved in caring for a disabled child and/or life-limiting condition. Through the delivery of a range of personal development solutions we aim to improve the physical, emotional, mental and holistic wellbeing of family carers.
