In 2022 the Northern Ireland Assembly passed the Safe Leave Act which when fully enshrined in law will make it a legal requirement for employers to offer up to ten days paid leave to employees affected by domestic abuse. Women's Aid Federation NI are pleased to offer this two-hour CPD accredited webinar exploring how domestic abuse is a workplace issue and how to implement Safe Leave.
