Centred Soul is a Newry based profit with purpose organisation. We have THE SHOP, THE STUDIO & THE THERAPY ROOMS. We offer services and supports, conventional and alternative, such as counselling, peer led support meetups, yoga, laughter yoga and music therapy, all under one roof. We have a particular passion for supporting those affected by Perinatal Mental Illness, Birth Trauma, Pregnancy and Infant Loss.
