Centred Soul is a Newry based profit with purpose organisation. We have THE SHOP, THE STUDIO & THE THERAPY ROOMS. We offer services and supports, conventional and alternative, such as counselling, peer led support meetups, yoga, laughter yoga and music therapy, all under one roof. We have a particular passion for supporting those affected by Perinatal Mental Illness, Birth Trauma, Pregnancy and Infant Loss. Our space works on a pay it forward ethos, so we can offer funded and part funded services.

We are an Independent Foodbank, supported by local community to help families and individuals who find themselves in a crisis situation.
