Explored from a psychodynamic perspective we will examine this social emotion and how as a relational species the presence of loneliness triggers feelings of shame, fear, loss, rejection, and abandonment and an identity crisis.

This workshop will explore from a psychodynamic perspective why we choose to keep wounds open and active, choosing to live in the past.
