NB Housing

NB Housing provides accommodation, support  and services to a wide range of needs, either directly or in partnership with specialist organisations. The majority of our stock is for general family use, however we do provide accommodation specific to young people at the Flax Foyer, accommodation for vulnerable families at Thorndale Centre, managed by our partner The Salvation Army: hostel accommodation for alcohol dependents at Rosemount House another Joint Management Partnership; and we have two Supported Schemes at Holyrood House and McCorry House for older adults. 

 Our staff team have extensive experience of providing social housing and associated services and are very aware of the needs of our customers. We do however seek to continually improve and value the views of our customers to ensure our service is meeting expectations.

 At NB Housing we build neighbourhoods and community. We are a housing association that simply believes housing should be better. We build homes not houses. Homes that are affordable , secure, and promote opportunity. Homes that build community.
