Cruse Bereavement Care NI have opened a new charity shop in Newtownards, and we would welcome donations of good quality clothing and jewellery to replenish our stock. The shop raises vital funds to support our work with bereaved people in Northern Ireland

Cruse NI are concerned that there may be many people eligible for support through the Victims & Survivors Service, who are unaware of the range of support available to them through funded organisations.

Cruse Bereavement Care in Northern Ireland is celebrating the 30th anniversary of providing support when someone dies, with a reception in Parliament Buildings, Stormont on Wednesday 17th September at 7.00pm.

A gardening initiative which brought together young people and older people who have been bereaved was visited in July week by Alderman Alan Leslie at the Quarries Farm in Bangor.

The Mayor of Lisburn, Councillor Andrew Ewing, will be cutting the ribbon for the grand launch of the opening of the Beyond Words Belfast/Lisburn Friendship Group Allotment in Lisburn, on Monday 15th September at 11am.

Cruse Bereavement Care would welcome applications from individuals interested in becoming voluntary Advisory Group members for the new Cruse Victims & Survivors Service.

Cruse Bereavement Care have been funded by the Victims & Survivors Service to offer bereavement support and counselling to those bereaved as a result of, or in consequence of the conflict in N Ireland.
