We provide inclusive support for young people aged 0–24 with autism and additional needs, including those awaiting diagnosis, as well as their siblings, families, and the wider community. Through weekly groups, one-to-one sessions, accredited programmes, and community-based projects, we offer a safe, supportive space to build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections.

At All About Us – ASD Teens, we provide social, emotional, and practical support for young people aged 0–24 with autism and additional needs including those who are undiagnosed or undergoing assessment. We also support their siblings, families, and the wider community.

Our work centres around creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people can:

  • Make friends and have fun through weekly youth meet-ups and social activities.

  • Learn life skills through accredited programmes like ASDAN in areas such as personal development, money management, and independent living.

  • Build emotional resilience with tailored wellbeing programmes, one-to-one support, and therapeutic approaches like the Zones of Regulation.

  • Express themselves creatively through arts, crafts, roleplay, and peacebuilding projects.

  • Access family support through advice, visuals, strategies, and post-diagnosis guidance for parents/carers.

  • Connect with their community through volunteering, social enterprise projects, and awareness-raising events that reduce stigma and promote inclusion.

Everything we do is flexible, needs-led, and built around relationships supporting not just the individual, but the whole family and wider community.
