A bit about the role

We are recruiting for a Caretaker based at our development at Caffrey Hill, Glen Road, Belfast. You will be responsible for providing a range of housing support services to our general needs tenants including the care and upkeep of Hub West and its grounds, the cleaning of communal areas around the retail facilities, monitoring of the carpark area and carrying out weekly alarm tests.

You will liaise with the Housing or Maintenance Officer to report any maintenance requirements for the development and monitor any potential risks. You’ll have at least 6 months previous experience working in a similar role as a Caretaker/Domestic Assistant in a paid or voluntary working environment.
