ADVICE SERVICES MANAGER

(Full-time, maternity cover initially to the 28th February 2022, but may be extended)

Salary Scale:  £35,029 - £36,901

We are currently seeking to appoint a full-time, fixed term Advice Services Manager (maternity cover).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • The efficient and effective joint management of the Advice Services Team.
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective co-ordination of the Organisation’s casework/ legal teams.
  • Ensuring designated staff/volunteers within the Advice Services Team have the necessary skills and knowledge required to carry out their jobs.
  • Contributing to the preparation of the organisation’s strategic plan and annual business plan including the establishment of agreed targets.
