Mindfulness introduces people to meditation techniques and teaches lifelong skills
that can be helpful for everyone in coping with the large and small stressors and
struggles of everyday life. It is also useful for physical and mental health conditions.
This course will consist of 8 sessions, one day each week and will give students and give an in-depth look at mindfulness, what it involves and how it may help you.
