The Step Into Employment Programme is a 10 week employability programme for 25 to 59 year olds who are not in employment, education or training. It is individually tailored to each participant needs to overcome barriers to employment and progress to sustainable employment, further education or training. It aims to assist 400 participants between April 2018 and March 2022.
