Signposting to Relevant Local Services: Westland

The WCG although a small organisation with a small population, provides family support mainly through sign posting. We have the resources to help families identify the support they need and assist them in making contact with the required service. We also facilitate programmes that cover a range of support issues such as sexual health, community health awareness and early years provision.
