P7 Transition Year Issues Programme

Children often express apprehension in Primary 7 as moving to a different level of schooling draws near. Our programme, based on the values of affirmation and reassurance, listens to their anxieties and positions them more positively at an exciting moment of change in their young lives. It is a time when pupils realise the potential of change and the fear of change.
