Mindfulness Meditation (Mental Health Wellbeing)

Training students in the practice of mindfulness and meditation changes the way they think and feel about their experiences, especially stressful experiences. By becoming more aware of thoughts, feelings and body sensations through this integrative, mind-body training, the student (and their teachers) are helped to centre themselves amid their busy schedule.
