Activities: • Monthly Self-help Meetings on the 1st Tuesday of each month with specialist guest speakers. (Currently delivered by Zoom) • Zoom Craft Group (weekly) • Zoom Coffee Meet Up (monthly) • Annual Conferences/Webinars with international researchers and leading experts in ME & Fibro. • Lobbying for Specialist Biomedical Care in N.Ireland. • Fundraising to support above & towards biomedical research. • Co-production with numerous N.I. healthcare organisations.

- Referrals made on to other organisations, specific to patient or carer’s need i.e. Northern and Belfast Trust M.E. CMP, PIPS, SVDP, Salvation Army etc.
