Our current services to individuals and families are available throughout Northern Ireland and include:

• A housing helpline which offers advice on housing and homelessness issues.

• Undertaking advocacy and legal representation on behalf of people with housing problems.

• Our public information website www.housingadviceNI.org where advice on housing and homelessness can also be accessed via email and live chat.

• A Landlord Advice helpline and email advice service, offering free confidential advice for landlords in NI with Housing related queries.

• A free Mediation Service for tenants and landlords who are privately renting

• Providing client based comment to influence the development of relevant public policy and legislation.
