Metal for Life NI is a non-profit charitable organisation which supports the mental health of adult Metal and Rock Music fans in Northern Ireland. Registered by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland: NIC108508

We provide inclusive support for young people aged 0–24 with autism and additional needs, including those awaiting diagnosis, as well as their siblings, families, and the wider community. Through weekly groups, one-to-one sessions, accredited programmes, and community-based projects, we offer a safe, supportive space to build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections.

The charity aims to “walk alongside” children, young people, young adults and the wider community to help them achieve their potential by providing advice, love & support, providing a programme of recreational, educational, cross-community and citizenship initiatives
