Queens Park Women's Group was established in 2010 to address the needs and issues of the people and residents of Queenspark Estate and surrounding areas.

Queenspark Womens Group have ran a number of sucessful projects over the last 5 years. Our 50/50 Project was a Cross Community project in the centre of Glengormley which focused on young people between the ages of 14-22.  The 50/50 drop in centre brought young people from all backgrounds in Glengormley together and helped reduce ASB by 78% during that period of time.  Our  FUEL Friends Uniting Everyone Local project covers every age group from young people right up to our seniors. Our new project is The Personal Youth Development Programme or PYDP.  This project will focus on 20 young people between the ages of 16-24 from the Queenspark, New Mossley and Greater Glengormley area.  The aim of the project is to recruit and identify the needs of 20 young people.  To deliver educational, practical support and mentor  each young person on their journey over the time frame of the project.
