Healthy Kidz

We focus on inspiring children to be active and healthy through a variety of programs, including PE sessions, after-school clubs, and holiday camps.  As a Community Interest Company and Social Enterprise, we aim to create a positive impact on children's health and well-being.

Our activities include: 

• PE Programs: Structured physical education sessions in schools
• After-School Clubs: Activities like soccer, basketball, and more
• Holiday Camps: Fun and engaging camps during school holidays
• Health and Wellbeing Workshops: Sessions focused on overall health, including post-natal Pilates and strength and balance classes
• Healthy Kidz also collaborates with local councils to provide wellness sessions for older individuals, emphasizing the importance of lifelong healthy habits
