The menopause is not just a gender or age issue – it can impact all staff directly or indirectly, and it should be considered an organisational issue. As such, managers need to know about it and they need to know how they can support their staff.

Do you ever think you're not good enough? Do you have a sense of inadequacy, insecurity and self-doubt? Do you feel uncomfortable when people praise you and do you constantly play down your strengths? Do you worry that you're going to be found out?  If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you may be suffering from imposter syndrome. This zoom workshop provides you an understanding of  imposter syndrome, measures your personal level of imposter syndrome, how and why this impacts on us in the workplace and what you can do to overcome it. Participants will explore and discuss practices to help develop positive professional and personal confidence.

This programme has been created for those who would like to add teaching to their personal portfolio of skills, or who are already teaching, but need a teaching qualification.   Participants will achieve certification for Level 3 Award in Education and Training.  Successfully completing his qualification may enable you to deliver internal, mandatory training, such as manual handling, removing the need to buy in external trainers.
