We are a Belfast based Healthy living Centre and active members of a Regional Alliance consisting of 18 Healthy Living Centres across Northern Ireland working in socially disadvantaged areas with the aim of tackling the Inequalities in Health that exist.

We are a Healthy Living Centre based in the Falls Area of Belfast working with community and statutory partners to reduce the Inequalities in health that exist within our community.

We offer a range of services which include but are not limited to; Counselling, Complementary Therapies, Healthwise - Exercise by Referral ,Cardiac Rehab, Cancer Rehab , Stroke Rehab, Diabetes Type 2 Rehab. Health Assessments i.e. BP, cholesterol, DIabetes Type 2 risk assessment.

We also provide physical activity programmes such as Walking group, Swimming Classes, Pool Therapy, Cycling Group, Tai Chi, Pilates, Mindfulness, Life Coaching, Colour Breathing, Tools for Life, Health Promoting Homes and kayaking and surfing for older people and people with disabilities.

We also offer accredited training in the City and Guilds Level 3 Health Trainer Award and OCN accredited Tools for Life.
