NIFHA is the representative body for the region’s 20 registered housing associations. NIFHA itself is a not-for-profit organisation while our members are all registered charities which effectively match housing grants pound for pound by sourcing private investment to build social and affordable homes. Our members also provide a range of services which help build communities, support our tenants, and help residents remain in their own homes for longer.

During the financial year 2018-19, there were more than 368k page views compared to 220k the previous year.
