About the event

Are you are looking for a fresh start or to kick-start this Springtime; or maybe you need to gain a different perspective on things outside of your control.   I am a Fully Qualified Life Coach and an Accredited Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner based in Bangor, Co. Down. Since 2010 I have been helping women and men break through the obstacles holding them back, and instead reach their full potential.

This three-hour event, I am proud to say is all about self. Once you start prioritizing yourself, you will be able to break through any obstacles in your way and realise your full potential. By attending this informative and fun workshop, you are making a commitment to yourself to do exactly that.

Who should attend this event:

Coaching is not designed for one specific type of person, but rather any person willing to make a change in order to attain greater fulfilment. You do not have to be at any stage of your life, in any career, or have any particular relationship status, to benefit from this event.

Topics being covered by Laura from Life Coaching Northern Ireland:

  • What Is Self-Care & Why Is It Important
  • Your Life in Balance
  • How We View the World & The Impact This Has On Our Mental & Physical Health
  • The 4 Confidence Influencers - Skills, Looks, Abilities & Behaviours
  • Body Language
  • How to Irradiate Any Self Limiting Beliefs / Negative Self Talk

During the afternoon we will be joined by Guest Speaker - Caitlin Crawford from CC Socials, during a 15min presentation she will explain how the daunting thought of putting yourself out there on social media is an amazing way to improve confidence and communication skills.  Showcasing your story and your personality is a great way to make new connections with new people.  Having successfully amassed over 6,000 followers in less than 10 months, Caitlin will be sharing her tips and tricks with you to become your best confident self-online.

Finally, after the event is over, why not join Laura and a few others for a gentle walk along the coast at Ballyholme, a perfect way to end the afternoon amongst like-minded folk.
