To support the implementation of all aspects of the PEACEPLUS project across Limavady and its partner areas, including the delivery of youth interventions focused on building good relations, Personal and Social Development, Employability and Citizenship.

EXCITING JOB OPPORTUNITIES WITH ROE VALLEY RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION (RVRA)

For over 20 years Roe Valley Residents Association has been successfully designing and delivering innovative youth programmes alongside whole community initiatives.

We are currently looking for a Youth Worker (full time) to work on our PeacePlus programme.  The programme will offer young people exciting opportunities for self-development, building friendships and positive pathways for the future.

Key criteria include:

For Youth Workers

  • has or currently studying 3rd level qualification in youthwork (or related field) plus 3 years experience of working with young people OR
  • minimum Level 4 qualification plus 5 years experience of working with young people

This post also requires experience in recruitment & engagement of young people, facilitation, mentoring young people and individual needs assessment.
