VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage Tutor

Core Duties, responsibilities and expectations: 

• Be responsible for the delivery of VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage
• Be responsible for the development and review of learning plans, schemes of work and preparation ensuring that all materials and plans meet the requirements of VTCT
• Assess individual and groups needs, ensuring activities are appropriate and relevant
• Use a range of teaching techniques and strategies to engage participants and ensure their learning and participation
• Ensure all assessments are completed within the required timeframe and to the standards required by VTCT
• Ensure that accurate administration forms and reports are provided on a timely manner
• Develop participants personal and social skills to aid their progression to further training and or employment
• Ensure that participants understand the qualification and its relevance to their career path
• Provide excellent customer care to those participating on the training course, ensuring a welcoming environment with a confidential and professional approach
• Be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance and progress records
• Adhere to and uphold DPCF and VTCT Code of conduct policies, procedures and values at all times
