Volunteer with Stroke Association @ Deep River Rock Belfast City Marathon 2019

For the first time the Deep River Rock Belfast City Marathon will be held on a Sunday (5 May 2019) and it will have a new flatter faster route taking in some of the iconic sights of Belfast City. Join #TeamStroke and get those running shoes on to help raise funds for Stroke Association. There are 5 different events to get involved in; Marathon Run, Wheelchair Run, Team Relay, Walk and Fun Run. 

We also need volunteers to help us with Operating a Water Station on Waring Street (beside the Big Fish) at the Belfast City Marathon on Sunday 5th May.

This is a fabulous and fun opportunity for anyone interested in running but not able to take part. You will receive training prior to the even AND you will be provided with an official marathon rain jacket and a bespoke branded tee-shirt AND You will receive a snack pack to eat while you are on duty AND at the end of the marathon you will have the chance to enjoy complimentary hot food and refreshments at Ormeau Park.
