We are seeking a Trustee/Non-Executive Director to serve on Action Cancer Council of Management - specifically a Trustee/ Non-Executive Director who comes from a business, professional, medical, or caring background.
Main Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Action Cancer Council of Management to ensure that the charity;
- Is effectively governed and applies best practice in all areas of its activities.
- Complies with all relevant legislation, its Articles of Association and the requirements of good practice.
- Works to agreed strategic and operational plans.
