We're creating an exciting new role to lead TCV's operations in Counties Londonderry, Tyrone, Fermanagh, and North Antrim, along with innovative cross-border environmental projects. Based at our vibrant Brooke Park hub in Derry, you'll drive forward an inspiring portfolio of community-focused initiatives.
These include transforming local green spaces with and for communities, supporting schools with nature-rich outdoor environments, delivering tree planting and habitat management across parks and reserves, and running powerful programmes like 'I Can Grow' as part of our partnership with Acorn Farm. You'll also play a key role in promoting therapeutic horticulture and community growing to tackle health inequalities.
You're a natural leader, a strategic thinker, and a brilliant collaborator. You've managed complex project and know how to bring out the best in people, whether that's colleagues, volunteers, or community partners. Experience in horticulture, land management, or conservation is a strong asset. Most importantly, you're driven by a passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and the environment.
You'll be based at our purpose-built centre in Brooke Park, which includes a community garden, polytunnels, training facilities, and more, everything you need to deliver projects that make a difference. We offer a supportive team, flexible working, and a culture that genuinely values your ideas and energy.
