The Association

Radius Housing provides quality and affordable social housing in over 80 towns and cities throughout Northern Ireland.  We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.

Criteria

To be shortlisted, candidates need to provide evidence of the following as a minimum:

1. A level 6 qualification (e.g. HND, HNC, Degree) OR at least 5 years relevant experience in a services delivery management role

2. Experience of managing teams and delivering results in a performance/target driven environment

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal and team working skills with the ability to negotiate and influence others

4. IT literate with the ability to interpret, report and make presentations

5. Ability to plan and prioritise deployment of resources vs services requirements

6. Experience of managing training and support provision
