You will also support the ongoing development of new models of best practice for specialist service delivery and oversee the effective management of referrals and service promotion. Additionally, you will manage the recruitment, selection and on-going training, development and performance of all staff in the service, to ensure achievement of national minimum care standard requirements.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An appropriate AHP, Social Work, Nursing or QCF qualification
- Eligibility to hold registration for the service in line with RQIA requirements under the minimum standards for Residential Care Homes (please see job description for more information)
