Peer Outreach Support Workers & Advice Interpreters/Translators
Housing Rights
Housing Rights is extending its provision of information and advice on housing and homelessness related concerns as a result of the implementation of Brexit. There is a need for Northern Ireland housing specific information to be made available to all, including EEA Nationals who may be homeless; living in social housing; temporary accommodation; renting through a private landlord or those who own their own home. Therefore, we are keen to recruit speakers of the following languages: Polish, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Lithuanian, Romanian, Portuguese and Slovak. However, speakers of languages from other EEA countries will also be considered.
The primary focus of the role of Peer Outreach Support Worker is to provide information sessions to EEA nationals in response to common Brexit-related housing concerns. Postholders will deliver information sessions in various languages at community venues throughout Northern Ireland.
The primary focus of the role of Advice Interpreters/Translators is to provide interpretation and translation in the delivery of our advice services to EEA nationals.
