We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 1000 properties and we currently employ 40 staff.
The Maintenance Officer position is a full-time (37 hours per week) temporary position to cover maternity leave. The successful applicant will be based in the Association’s Maintenance Department, Crumlin Road, Belfast.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of property management operations to include effective response maintenance service, management of aids and adaptations, servicing, cyclical and planned maintenance schemes.
