ICT Systems Administrator

Based at: Radius House, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA

Reference: ICT.SA.01

Hours: 37 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• A relevant degree in an IT related subject e.g. IT/Microsoft (MCITP)/Citrix ICA or equivalent AND at least 2 years relevant experience * supporting, installing, upgrading network infrastructure such as switches, routers, firewalls, VOIP phones, server/storage/pc/thin client hardware, operating systems, back office applications including backup OR at least 5 years relevant experience * as outlined above.
• Experience of configuring, managing, troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls and telecommunications equipment, managing and configuring Microsoft SQL Server latest editions.
• Experience of Citrix XenApp technology and thin client devices.
• Good working knowledge of Windows server operating systems and administrative services such as DNS, DHCP and Active Directory including group policy.
• Good working knowledge of managing and maintaining virtual environments using VMWare ESXi including vCentre.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle to fulfil the mobility aspect of the role with an understanding of managing systems within multiple office sites.
