Financial Administrator

Forthspring Inter Community Group has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Financial Administrator (25 hours per week) to support the successful operations of the organisation.

This is a permanent position within the organisation, subject to available funding.  The post is supported by the Core Funding Programme of the Community Relations Council.

Salary: SCP 11 £21,748, pro rata 25 hours per week.

Key duties will include maintenance of computer accounts package; processing of orders, payments to suppliers and invoicing; preparation and maintenance of computer payroll system; maintenance and upkeep of other financial records; budget management support; reporting to funders, etc.

Forthspring Inter Community Group is Belfast's only community centre based on an interface serving all of the community.   

Services provided include a childcare project, youth centre, community arts programme, community relations and community planning projects, training services delivery in areas including gardening/horticulture, citizenship and community development, and hosting local groups.
