Role: Engagement Assistant - Fundraising
Responsible To: Engagement and Fundraising Lead
Location: Belfast Office with flexibility for home working 1-2 days a week
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £26,285 per annum (Point one on the scale)

As our organisation continues to grow, the Engagement Assistant role will provide support to our valued network of donors, corporate partners, and fundraising volunteers.
We are looking for someone that can build rapport with donors and help nurture existing relationships, as well as building new connections.
Most importantly, we want our donors to feel valued, and provided with the right support, at the right time, for their fundraising efforts.
You will join a professional and positive team that thrives on collaboration, working to raise vital income and awareness through meaningful engagement.
Our members, who are living with a diagnosis of dementia, are at the heart of our organisation. Your role will support donors as they challenge the stigma of a dementia diagnosis and raise vital funds to support the delivery of our life changing work across Northern Ireland.
